This process can be overwhelming - but do not worry because we are here to help you through every step of the process.

1. Review floor plans - Select from a wide range of floor plans from our modular home distributors (listed below) and select one that speaks to you the most. This floor plan can be customized to your basic needs and can be changed at anytime. 
2. Initial review - We will review your product inquiry form and review your project needs.
3. Consultation Call - We will schedule a call to answer questions and discuss the next steps.
4. Creating your home - We will work with you at every step of the process, including referring you to a General Contractor if needed.
5. Delivery - We will schedule a date for your house to be delivered.

• Price Range: Approx. $100 - $150 square foot for basic floorplans, customized floor plans may be more. 
• What is included: House and delivery, 24/7 support, referrals for GC if needed.
• What is not included: Site prep, foundation work, general contracting, building permits.
